- If your team transfers from one event to a future event, you will be subject to the date timeline (above) of the ORIGINAL tournament you entered
Weather / Act of God Cancellations
There is always the chance that tournaments will be rained out, canceled, or will experience inclement weather or act of god. Please be aware that $150 of your entry fee will be kept to cover administrative costs if a tournament is canceled.
Refund Structure for Cancelled Events:
- If your team plays one game: There will be a 50% refund
- If your team plays two or more games: There will be no refund
For Leagues of Multiple Weeks:
- If your team plays 50% or more of the games: There will be no refund
- If less than 50% of games are played: The refund amount would be 35% of entry fee
NOTE: Once a pitch is thrown, this will count as a game as field & umpire fees need to be paid.
Event Transfer Option: In the event of a complete rainout or cancellation (act of God) of the event, your entry fee (IN FULL) can be transferred to another PCYBL event (within the same year, pending availability). You must contact the respective tournament director within 5 days of the canceled event in order to be eligible for an event transfer. Failure to do so within 5 days will result in an appropriate refund based on the above statements.
